I did Cohort 1 or 2. Is this the same program? Yes. Same structure, but different content. Cohort 3 is built around a shift Allie made since the last one: less building individual agents, more building the environment they run in and letting the work come to you. Come back if you want to reset on the latest, get off the terminal, go deeper on ways of working and collaborating with AI in multiplayer, using Codex or just widen your network. Alumni are welcome.

What do I need before we start? A laptop/desktop, Mac or Windows. A paid Claude or ChatGPT plan, $20 a month at minimum. We recommend the $100 tier if you can, because you will hit the limits on the cheaper one fast. No coding background needed.
